Certified Deaf Interpreter Program Information

We are proud to announce a nine month program coming fall 2010 to train individuals to become Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDI). This program consists of 11 workshops and 22 workgroups along with a written test and performance test scheduled.

This program is built in a manner to increase your chances in passing the required written and performance exams in order to become a CDI. You also will have additional extensive training on areas that are not required on the test which will help you become a more confident CDI providing higher quality communication access. When the program is over, Veditz Center will play a major role in getting CDIs to be widely accepted and known which in turn will create more jobs for CDIs.

The Colorado Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf has given their support for this program.  We appreciate their efforts.
